Your "Order Instructions" Box

To assist with your online food ordering, we have included an ‘Order Instructions’ box that appears underneath your checkout cart while placing an order. Here you can make specific requests to our Food Partners about your meal
What to include in "Order Instructions":
  • Requests for additional condiments, napkins, or utensils
  • Dietary notes, such as keeping certain items seperate, or mentioning dietary restrictions
What not to include in ‘Order Instructions’:
  • Do not write desired items in the instructions. They will not be added to your order unless you select the item itself, and click ‘Add Item.’ Only then will they appear in your cart
  • Special drop-off instructions, e.g. “Meet out front, next to the fountain." These may be included in the delivery instructions section at checkout
  • Delivery address
We also provide a ‘Special Instructions’ box in each menu item, so that you can make special requests for individual items, such as “no tomato,” or “serve condiments on the side.”
Our Food Partners have provided us with up-to-date menus that include every item available through Foodify. We cannot accommodate special requests for items not on the menu. Special instructions are subject to Food Partner’s ability to take requests.
