Cavatore Italian Restaurant: Cavatore Italian Restaurant was founded by the Cavatore family in a beautiful hundred year-old barn. The aesthetic evokes a sense of nostalgia, while the decorated interior includes memorabilia that characterizes the unique history that the U.S and Italy have shared. In honor of this shared history, Cavatore’s emblem is a combination of the Italian, American, and Texas flags. When the Cavatores came to America, they brought with them the classic recipes of the Italian countryside, and are happy to be sharing them with those who welcomed them with open arms.
